| Oct 19, 2024 | I went to Hawaii for the 13th Physical Oceanography Dissertation Symposium. It was a lot of fun to meet people at a similar career stage and talk about science, but also about everything else. The island of Kauai is stunning beautiful! |
| Jul 20, 2024 | I attended the Ocean Uncertainty Quantification Summer School held on the campus of the Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science in Virginia Key, Miami, FL. This is not a topic that I’m super familiar with but I learned a lot in one week. |
| Jun 23, 2024 | I participated in the Center for Turbulence Research (CTR) 2024 Summer Program. I was in the geophysical flow group with eight teams of turbulence researches from all over the world. I spent four weeks on futher analysis and uncertainty quantification of the two-phase high-fidelity wind-wave simulation I developed in my PhD thesis. |
